Return Policy

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

✔️ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new, unwashed, and hair-free condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Custom or personalized gear (e.g. engraved nameplates, custom sizing or color combos)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Used or worn gear

🔁 How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@goodwalkcollars.ca with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return authorization, if eligible.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method minus the 20% restocking fee. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for processing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
